Africa is undergoing rapid transformation and to navigate the continent's complex economic, political, and social landscape, we need bold and innovative leaders who think differently.
This prestigious fellowship brings together top-tier innovators, startup founders, and social entrepreneurs across Africa in a 12-week hybrid program — designed to amplify their potential, connect them with networks that accelerate growth, and support their work.
Who we're looking for.
Applications are open to candidates from all 54 African countries and the diaspora.
- 01Be between 18 and 40 years old at the time of application.
- 02Be the founder or co-founder of a startup or social venture actively solving an African problem.
- 03Have a minimum viable product (MVP) or operating venture with measurable traction.
- 04Have a capable founding team with relevant domain experience and the depth to execute what's being built.
- 05Be committed to participating in all fellowship components (online and offline).
- 06Demonstrate leadership potential, social consciousness, and a passion for driving innovation on the continent.
